We’re thrilled you are considering Film School Africa College! The journey will be tough but worthwhile.
FSA college is based in the Cape Town area, a short drive from studios and production companies where (we hope) you will complete internships in your third year with us. We are a Christ-centered institution and expect our students to work out their faith daily. We encourage attendance to chapel services and devotions. Your one-on-one times with staff and mentors we believe will aid in finding your identity in Christ.
Our course offers a solid theoretical base with a large focus on practical outworking so that you will enter the industry with an impactful reel.

Our applications for 2025 are now closed. If you completed your application before September 15th, we will be in touch by mid-October typically with your next steps. If your application was missing something like bank statements, you can still send that to Katie@filmschoolafrica.org with your name (the student) in the subject so that we know that these bank statements are for you and your family support.
If you require a bursary and have the ability to prove significant financial need, you will be able to request a bursary on the same application above (currently closed). Please note, applications close September 15th.
